Hey, there!
I’m Brooklyn, and I am so excited you’re here. A little bit about me: I am 24 years old and happily married to my high school sweetheart/best friend, Michael. I love to cook, sing, and read, and I have a pair of Mickey Ears to match every outfit (seriously). Traveling is a huge part of my life, and so far, I’ve explored 12 different countries. Spreading love has always been my biggest passion, and I grew up with a love of planning. When I realized I could combine those things into my dream job, I knew I found my calling.
After graduating high school, I attended Kent State University. Throughout my time at Kent, I had the opportunity to connect, learn, and work with some of the most renowned wedding and event professionals in the Northeast Ohio area and beyond. In May of 2024, I graduated from KSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Event Management with a concentration in Event Mangement. Go Flashes!!
About halfway through my college career, I moved to Florida to pursue my dream of working for one of the world’s largest entertainment companies. As a member of their floral team, I had the honor of working over 200 *fairytale weddings* and events in the Orlando area.
My husband and I had our own *fairytale wedding* in February of 2023. Shortly after that, we decided to move back to Ohio to finish school, reunite with some of our closest friends and family, and take the next step in our careers. That was all the push I needed to start making magic of my own, and in April of 2023, Brooklyn Rain Brides was born.
What started as a dream and an Instagram page, has now evolved into my absolute dream job! Bringing Brooklyn Rain Brides LLC to life has been the most incredible experience, and I am so grateful to be able to make magic for couples all over the world. Thank you for trusting me with your most cherished memories. I truly cannot wait to bring your wedding day to life!

MEET THE TEAM:
Ana Hasselbusch
Ana graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Event Management and minors in Business and Event Planning. Her passion for creating memorable experiences and celebrating life's biggest moments led her to her career in the events industry. When she is not working, Ana enjoys traveling watching "Grey's Anatomy," and spending time with family and friends. She is thrilled to be a part of the BRB team!!
Emma Lane
Emma has an extensive background in hospitality and food service. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, various forms of crafting, and spending (admittedly) way too much time online. From bridal party to unpaid photographer and beyond, Emma has played nearly every role when it comes to weddings and events. She loves making new friends and is always looking forward to the next exciting adventure life has to offer. Now, she's ready to help bring your wedding vision to life as part of the BRB team!
Kylie Rohr
Kylie just recently graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a degree in marketing and is eager to keep learning more about marketing and event planning within the wedding space. She loves animals, outdoors, reading, food, spending time with her family, and has recently started learning photography. She has always found something magical about weddings and is always excited work alongside the BRB team to help bring your dream wedding to life!!
Michael Leshon
Michael is Brooklyn's husband, best friend, and biggest supporter. He has a background in both engineering and food & beverage management. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, reading books, and traveling the world with Brooklyn. Michael has been a part of the BRB team since day one and always enjoys helping other couples bring their dream wedding day to life alongside his wife.
